Susanne Barisano Cotter received her musical education at the Longy School of Music, Cambridge, where she studied voice. She is the voice student of the world-renowned, Metropolitan Opera, soprano, Patricia Craig, who is currently on the faculty of the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston.

Susanne has performed with many musical organizations throughout Boston, including the Andover Choral Society, the Boston Academy of Music, the Dante Alighieri Center, the Beethoven Society, the Polymnia Choral Society, among others.
